Behavioral Interviewing – (Targeted Selected Interviewing) Continued

Hello Class!

The next area employers are trying to understand is motivation. What stimulates and rewards employees?

Here are a couple of sample questions they will ask you.

Tell me a time when you worked your hardest and felt the greatest sense of achievement.  What did you do?

Tell me about a frustrating experience you were faced with. Why were you frustrated? What did you do? What was the results?

What do you feel was your most significant achievement so far in a work situation? What did you do that was so rewarding?
