Outplacement Services for the Business Professional

Developing a targeted step by step effective job search action plan unique to you

When a person is laid off, their first reaction is to call a resume writer and have them write their resume.  Then, they search on-line for positions and hope for the best. Well, in today’s job market that tactic doesn’t always work. I know all too well, because I did the same thing! The resume is not going to tell you how to network, where to network, how to uncover the hidden job market or provide training on today’s effective interviewing techniques.

Also, the most effective resumes are written by the individual with a career services professional’s assistance and expertise of course. The resume needs to be targeted and focused to your next position and packed with key words and accomplishments.

You know that old saying….

If you fail to plan than you plan to fail!

There are a lot of companies that do provide outplacement services for their employees as part of their separation package.  So, keep in mind that your competition is being well trained on how to create a successful job search action plan.

We will walk you through our process step-by-step to help you create a well thought out job search action plan and then instruct you on how to implement it.
